If your event is for 20 people or 10,000 people our services, lighting and sound equipment is more than capable of ensuring a great success. All DJ equipment rental items require proof of insurance to rent unless a technician from our company is with equipment. All audio visual equipment rented from Production Services generally require a trained technician to supervise,operate and delivery of equipment. When a technician is available and on-site with sound equipment or lighting equipment a deposit may be waived. All staging rental requires a trained technician from our company to setup. This policy ensures proper setup of staging rentals and guarantees safety of a correct setup. If a staging rental is setup incorrectly it may be harmful. Sky Searchlight Rental services is based on a 3 hour rental. Extended hours of use may require an addition charge. Sky Searchlight rental services offers delivery of searchlight equipment and all necessary cables. Bay Area Lighting and Sound Services is not responsible for an order to shut down searchlights by local law enforcement or air traffic control in sky if Searchlight Rental becomes a traffic hazard or causes air traffic problems. All special effects including Co2 and fog fluid is considered safe for small consumption by the FDA.
