Rental Terms
We like to take on small to large challenges for each AV rental project. Every event has it's challenges and obstacles. Team leadership and our crews ,will make sure your event goes flawless! Lighting, Sound, Video, Pipe and Drape and Staging requires decisions and hard work. You can count on us for executing a perfect job every time. Some projects require additional requirements from structural engineers with a completed "wet stamped" seal on documents. This
service is outsourced to a licensed CA engineer and costs
are added to the project. City events and Park and Rec departments occasionally ask for these type of requirements, Please ask your venue for additional details.

Our team consists of talented members that are experts in Bay Area Sound Rental, Lighting Rental, Video Rental and Theatrical demands. From start to finish, perfection is our priority! When events need leadership, we start with our first phone call. Our skilled production managers are available to stay at your event and take the responsibility of important duties off your shoulders. AV rental services such as video, audio, streaming, cameras, LED video screens will require a production manager. It is our pleasure to serve you!
We want to make your upcoming event and production is a great success. To ensure a smooth beginning to end, we like to get all details collected prior to your reservation for us to build a quality quote. Please email us a detailed email with all your event information including billing party info, venue address, date(s), time(s) and items you are interested in. We do not do dry rentals. Meaning, we are a delivery company only with no pick up options. All labor is provided by us. Please read invoice for additional rental details. Minimum rental per order is $1000.00 of equipment or more. Please ask for details for more information. Insurance may be required for rentals exceeding 24 hours when equipment is left without our supervision.
