When it comes to communications, we offer the best products for reliability from Clear-Com. â€‹ The Clear-Com FreeSpeak II-BASE-II is a license-free wireless base station that operates in the 1.9GHz and 2.4GHz frequency bands and is designed for extensive communication in large-scale operations. This base station supports up to 25 Beltpacks and 10 antennas. (Two antennas can connect to the base station directly or up to 10 antennas can be connected by using two x FSII-SPL splitters) The base station has connections for four party-lines and four 4-wires plus a dedicated SA output and dedicated program audio input.

Our floor monitors are supported by a small stand that rest behind TV. We offer sized from 40",50"60"70" for most applications. Let us know your stage size or distance from speaking area and we can help guide you in the right direction!

Hand free Headsets for all applicatiosn

PerfectCue is a wireless audio and visual cueing system that can remotely control presentations on either one or two computers.  The communication between the transmitter and cue light is solid at 300 feet. We can provide for PC or Mac. We look forward to serving your meeting needs.

Single monitors are easily hooked up with a single video cable, but sometimes multiple monitors need to be mirrored and image duplicated. We have professional video distribution boxes that can distribute video signal to as many monitors needed.  Let us know your floor plan and we can work together on meeting your video needs.

Custom Beltpack Programming

Conventions, Trade shows, Exhibits, may require multiple monitors with stands in booths or for presenters. We can offer large quantities of matching sizes and stands for your floor plan and provided HDMI cables, power cords and power strips for each display. Ask for more information.
