Sky Searchlights have been used for decades for all types of functions and events. For over 10 years, Bay Area Lighting and Sound has been one of the few providers that offers this very unique service. Our searchlights are very bright and attract attention for miles away, that sweep back and forth into the sky with motion. Using Xexon and high discharge lamps, we can achieve stunning visibility. Rain or shine, our lights are ready to be put in place and ready for darkness to appear. All searchlights are powered from our delivery truck with on board generators or can be placed on the ground.  Plug and play! Rental service is for a 4 hour duration. Overtime fees will occur after 4 hours.

Can this be true? Yes, we can project patterns, text phrases and logos into the sky for your guests. Our special projection searchlight, is extremely powerful and has been used for some great occasions.  Simple shapes and logos are created with your logo and a laser metal disc is made for our equipment. Legible effects can be created for up to 2000 feet away. Ideal conditions for sky viability must have low clouds or low laying fog for pattern to be seen correctly. We need a canvas to project onto. If fog or clouds are not present, we can project onto walls, mountains, hills, buildings and more. Call or send an email for additional questions or to get started!

Nothing gains more attention than our Sky searchlight services. Hollywood attraction at your doorstep. Our truck arrives generally 30 -45 minutes prior to your event and parks into position. A qualified technician will stay at your event and have your 4 hour rental to go before your guests arrive. Fully waterproof.
